AI Stayclose is an iOS app for image-to-image and image-to-video.
AI Stayclose (“AI Stayclose,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) explains the contractual rules for our iOS application and related Services. Please read before use. Using the Services means acceptance. Our Privacy Policy applies in parallel. If you disagree, do not use AI Stayclose.
Services — the app and accompanying features. User Content — media and inputs you supply. Generated Content — outputs the models produce for a request. Terms — this document as updated.
We may revise the Terms. Meaningful changes will be published with AI Stayclose policies or announced in-app. Continued use after effectiveness = acceptance. Guardian consent is required for minors. No use below the local minimum age. No sexualized/exploitative minor content. Deletion requests for improper child data: [email protected].
After launch, use offered materials and generators. iOS permissions gate camera/photos and remain revocable. External sharing requires your rights and that platform’s compliance.
Personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable. Service IP is ours/licensors’. Statutory exceptions aside, no copy/mod/redistribute/reverse-engineer/derivatives.
Features evolve; material impact → advance notice when feasible. Forbidden: illegality, malware, disruption, break-ins, junk campaigns, scams, store-rule breaches. Review AI outputs; no illegal/deceptive/rights-infringing use. Consumer non-waivers stand.
Jobs that break criminal/civil rules, harass, spread hate, sexualize minors, invade privacy, enable crime, spoof identity deceptively, produce intimate media without consent, or steal IP can be stopped. IP complaints go to [email protected].
Inputs and AI results belong to you within the limits of this contract and any third-party claims. Sending content in lets us host and transform it (non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable) only to deliver and harden the product. Training waits for opt-in; cancelling it affects future runs. Suggestions may be used unpaid. Vendors follow the Privacy Policy. To close an account or wipe files: [email protected].

Handed over AS IS / AS AVAILABLE; warranty text trimmed as statutes allow. No continuity or fitness pledge. Follow-on damages stay out; any cap equals the price of the paid unlock in the claim. Losses from unlawful use may sit with you. Bad text severs. Disputes default to Singapore law with SIAC hearing, except where local consumer courts cannot be waived.
