AI Stayclose Privacy Policy

Definitions

“Personal information” means information that identifies you alone or with other information we hold. It excludes data that cannot reasonably identify you and aggregate statistics after identifiers are removed. We may use and share aggregate and non-personal information more freely than personal information.

AI and facial-data rules

Image-to-image and image-to-video in AI Stayclose run on self-developed AI models that we operate. We do not use third-party AI generators to process your creative uploads, and we do not send those uploads to external AI companies for inference, training, or retention on their systems.

AI Stayclose does not collect facial data. We do not gather facial biometrics, face templates, or faceprints; we do not identify people by face; and we do not build face-based profiles. Media may still be processed as whole images or frames so generation can complete. Temporary processing follows the cleanup steps below and is not facial-data collection.

Data we may receive

Account and login

Email address, username, support messages, and other fields you submit. Apple ID, Facebook, Google, or another supported provider may share authorized details such as name, email, username, and related registration data. Some features may require sign-in; login data we store is removed when you delete your AI Stayclose account.

Media access

With iOS permission, we may access photos or videos you select for generation. Revoke camera, Photos, or file access anytime in Settings.

Technical signals

Interaction logs, IP address, timestamps, device type/model, OS version, language/region, in-app signals, and crash/diagnostic logs may be created during use. We use them to run AI Stayclose, protect security, maintain performance, fix issues, and improve the product.

Generation cleanup steps

1. Provide source images (and related media where supported); we request only the access needed.
2. Jobs need internet access and run on our servers over an encrypted connection (SSL or equivalent).
3. Inputs are used only for your requested output; when generation ends, sources are deleted promptly and cannot be restored. No training on uploads; no sharing uploads with third-party platforms for their own use.
4. Save results yourself. Platform-held outputs are cleared within 48 hours after generation and cannot be recovered. Losses from not saving in time are your responsibility; AI Stayclose is not liable.

Permissions, cookies, ATT

Camera / Photos: asked only when needed, after you consent. Change later in iOS Settings.

Google Login cookies: Google may set cookies on its page to finish authentication. We do not use them for ads, cross-app tracking, or analytics, and we do not read or store them. AI Stayclose does not cookie-track you across other apps or sites.

ATT: if partners need IDFA, iOS may ask Allow Tracking or Ask App Not to Track. Either choice still allows generation. If allowed, partners may process IDFA and similar identifiers, install/event data, basic device info, and interaction/performance signals for measurement, fraud prevention, attribution, and marketing optimization. We do not use tracking data to personally identify you or to build separate behavioral profiles for our own profiling. Path: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → AI Stayclose.

Partners outside the AI stack

Hosting, storage, and similar operational vendors may receive data needed to support AI Stayclose. Advertising and marketing partners may receive log-style data without personal information being revealed as such. They are not third-party AI generators for your creative uploads.

Purposes, disclosure, security, deletion

We process personal information and service data to communicate with you; fulfill requests and transactions; operate and improve the Services; personalize aspects of the experience where appropriate; support product development; and pursue related business purposes consistent with this Policy.

We disclose personal information only with your consent (or a legally authorized representative’s), when law requires it, or under a valid warrant, subpoena, or similar court order. We do not disclose generation uploads unless you share them or the results yourself via AI Stayclose or another service you choose.

We apply safeguards meant to reduce unauthorized access and misuse. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Keep passwords private and contact us if you suspect compromise.

Update preferences in-app where available. For disablement or deletion: [email protected]. Delete from About/account when available; associated data is removed subject to limited legal or security exceptions. Unlinking Apple/Facebook/Google stops future sharing from that provider but does not wipe data already in AI Stayclose. Lost access? Email [email protected] for full deletion.

Refunds, updates, rights, children

Apple in-app purchase refunds follow Apple’s rules and processes (Apple Support or reportaproblem.apple.com). We do not override Apple’s decision.

We may revise this Policy. If a change materially affects your rights, we will post the update where AI Stayclose policies appear. Review it when using the Services.

Depending on law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction; a portable copy of data you provided; and objection to certain processing, including direct marketing in many regions. Rights may be limited. Contact us to exercise them, or complain to a supervisory authority where you live, work, or where you believe an issue arose.

Minors should use AI Stayclose only with a parent/guardian’s prior consent. Under COPPA, we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 or knowingly allow such registration. The Services are not directed to children under 13. If we learn we collected such information without required consent, we will delete it promptly—notify [email protected].
